i'm decided!

i'm officially declare myself a "CHRISTOPHER NOLAN" fan. after watching dark knight, batman begins & prestige (the few shows he directed), i came to realise how talented he is. he's a multi-talented director & producer, whose forte is adding much more depth in dark/morbid plots.

dark knight may have been a draggy movie for some, but i love the fact that the crew (esp the scripwriters & producers) stayed as true to the storyline. watching the joker was a wake-up call to treasure every moment of my life. Heath Ledger lived a short life, but he made every movie role a milestone. seeing the way he portrayed the joker, we can all tell how serious he is in his work. he didn't short-change the insanity the joker was meant to portray.

1 thing the joker mentioned in the movie is so true,
"everything must go according to plan." say something like he's going to take someone's life in a min, or take the mayor's life the next day, everyone goes crazy.

i think it's really so true, esp for us s'poreans. our superiors come up with the plan, what's expected of us is to follow it. if something comes to spoil the plan, we panic, panic, gasp...solve the problem & get the credit, if not push the blame
as i reflect how i've been so driven to follow this perfect plan, striving so hard just to get into business in uni, & the harsh fact of life hits me - "i'm just not good enough"

the perfect plan seems unreachable, so i settle for 2nd best

is that the attitude?

He checked me. thank God, you give me meaning in my life. sch's tough, & if i'm just going to sch, cos i "have to" at least get a degree, how wrong my attitude is.
