hmm..this year's lunar new yr, felt nostalgic..."how i wish i was a kid again!" when i was a kid, i loved n appreciated cny better, it wasn't just a time of recieving angpows, it was so much more than that....maybe my relatives felt our brother, sis n me were the 'dao' trio, who didn't address them correctly when we see them, but it really didn't matter to us....cos cny was that time of the year when we can finally see my cousins n play with them...

those were the days when we were kids
those times of innocence

then after PSLE,
everything just seemed to change
secretly comparing n competing with each other in school work
gambling n taking each other's money
we're family leh
you mean all we have in common is this stack of cards, n no other common topic of interest?

this yr i'm trying to learn from my bro, perhaps change the family culture by trying to be geninuely interested in their lives
