am blogging now while doing my duty at ASEAN tourism forum in suntec level 2 media centre...hmm in case you're thinking "what a slacker", i must clarify first it's lunch break now, time to blog!
ppl in thailand sure are friendly...i was helping this lady print something in colour, but cannot, cos all the printers are laserjet printers(can only print black)...i felt bad that i couldn't help her much, but she kept smiling & thanking me....so nice lah, then there was this grp was journalists from thailand too (i think), this guy wanted to continue writing his article on his acer laptop, but his batt went flat, so he wanted to charge his laptop, but sigh, his two-pin charger doesn't fit into the plug...so i tried looking for a two-pin plug for him (the suntec banquet aunties obviously couldn't help much), so i went to ask the suntec guy in charge of AV...he gave me an immediate answer "no we don't have two-pin plugs"...
sigh, i was a bit troubled, cos i really wanted to help the guy solve his problem...but he n his colleagues kept smiling n seriously i was thinking if anyone's laptop charger does not work, a normal human's reaction isn't to smile (i'll personally feel irritated n fed up at my laptop)...but this grp of journalists never seemed rushed, they were so relax, like in their minds they were thinking "ah never mind, work can always wait"..i don't think it'll ever happen in s'pore, when everyone is in a big rush to meet deadlines
these grp of ppl sure are nice...now they make me want to go thailand n experience the land of million smiles, oh yes i took a brochure of thailand's beaches...note to self:
must go to every single beach in thailand, the waters r SO CLEAR!oh yeah, i met a grp of my "good friends" from suntec...but good thi

ng they don't rmb me
anyway...to those who thinks charmaine thiang is always late, haha you are SO WRONG...i was on time that day, 8am in the morning (n was terribly proud of myself =P)...
