tired, super tired..

today was the first day of my 40hr f&b attachment, worked at suntec in e banqueting operations..

first day of work is always bad, when you get lost in this big suntec building, (yes we were there for imf), but e first time being behind e scenes at e kitchen n using e staff facilities..wah we were so lost! e worse thing is, we came a bit later to report for work, it was really weird barging e staff room not wearing e proper uniform yet..

after e whole 'around suntec maze' experience, we were posted to level 2 ballrooms (yay, i love tt place cos i was posted there for imf cfa duty)..turns out e job wasn't that bad, it was fun..it felt a bit like imf, cos we get to talk to e participants of e conference that day, n it happened to be a global one, so we met ppl from other countries =D

we were serving e cold dishes n desserts...e plates for e cold dishes were really heavy (e type you can't hold with one hand for an hour), our hands ached like crazy...but must be professional right, so keep smiling loh! hands ache even more overtime, then must smile more loh..

pained my heart when i saw e staff throwing away all e leftover food, if you saw 4 urself how much food was left, you'll understand e pain...n we didn't eat dinner yet too, so imagine our agony of seeing e leftover food being thrown into e rubbish bin
